Refund Policy

By Mark Young

I want you to buy from Swim Teach with confidence. This page explains what happens if something isn’t right with your purchase.

Try before you buy

Most of my books and toolkits have a free preview. Please look at it, and the product description, before you buy. If you’re unsure whether a product suits your level or needs, contact me first. I’m always happy to help you choose.

Digital downloads and your right to cancel

All Swim Teach products are digital downloads (PDF files) that you can access straight away after payment.

Under UK law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you usually have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital downloads, that right ends once your download begins, as long as you have agreed to this.

At checkout, you’ll be asked to confirm that you want immediate access to your download, and that you understand you will lose your right to cancel once the download starts.

This means I can’t offer refunds if you change your mind after downloading, including if the product turns out not to be what you wanted.

When I will refund or fix your purchase

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. I will put things right, by replacing the file or giving you a full refund, if:

  • the file is faulty, damaged or won’t open
  • the product is significantly different from its description
  • you’re unable to download your product and we can’t fix the problem together
  • you accidentally bought the same product twice

Please contact me as soon as you notice a problem, with your order number and a short description. I’ll reply as quickly as I can, and any refund agreed will be paid to your original payment method within 14 days.

Downloading your files

Your download link is sent by email after your payment is confirmed. Please save your files somewhere safe once downloaded. If your link has expired or you’ve lost your files, contact me and I’ll help.

Personal use only

All downloadable products are for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be shared, forwarded, resold, distributed or posted online. All images and content are copyright Mark Young.

Questions

If you have any questions about this policy or your order, please contact me. I’m always happy to help.
