Competitive Swimming Drills
I am looking for some competitive swimming drills, in particular some new breaststroke drills. I have been a swim instructor for 20 years, but looking for something different. I am familiar with the titles of the sections to download. Do you have any competitive swimming drills?
We are a website that primarily gives information for people learning to swim and improving their basic swimming strokes and therefore do not have much in the way of competitive or more advanced drills.
However as a suggestion you can take the original basic drills and put a more advanced and competitive angle on them by changing the speed and intensity or maybe counting strokes or kicks over each length.
